Job summary

Motion is seeking a Site Security Coordinator for a modern, automated distribution center in Manheim, PA. You will be the primary on-site security presence, protecting team members, inventory, equipment, and systems while upholding corporate security policies.

You will manage access control, badge distribution, alarms, and incident reporting, coordinating with site leadership and Asset Protection to maintain a safe, secure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or industrial safety experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce site security protocols and escalation procedures.
• Oversee emergency alarm monitoring and response.
• Distribute facility access badges/keys as provided/directed by GM, MPP, or Asset Protection.
• Audit active badge holders and compare against current employee roster, contractor/vendor lists, and temporary work assignments.
• Validate access levels across the board align with job role and operational necessity.
• Monitor dock doors, yard activity, and secure perimeters; coordinate with receiving, Operations, or Transportation for dock assignments and seal verification.
• Respond to security, medical, fire, or operational incidents; serve as first point of contact for emergency responders; complete incident reports.
• Support investigations and insurance claim preparation as directed by site leadership or Asset Protection.
