Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Quality Assurance Supervisor in Baltimore to ensure inventory accuracy and drive quality across stores. You will resolve issues in inventory control, vendor compliance, and WMS processes while building strong internal and vendor relationships.

You will lead problem resolution, train staff on WMS usage, and coordinate with IT and vendor teams to ensure smooth roll-outs and data-driven improvements in the DC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and vendor compliance.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and resolve inventory control and process issues; perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Assist in disposition of freight related to inventory and vendor issues.
• Act as liaison between IT, WMS, and Vendor Compliance groups; communicate processes to DC management.
• Audit inbound shipments and generate detailed reports on deficiencies; collaborate with AP, vendors and IPR to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive accuracy awareness by training managers and associates on WMS, load quality reporting and ASN compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and maintenance related to DC operations.
