Job summary

Home Depot seeks an Inventory Control Quality Assurance Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and problem resolution across the DC network serving 100+ stores. THE role builds internal/vendor relationships and drives quality within the SSC environment.

You will supervise audits, coach associates, and partner with 3PLs to improve load quality and ASN compliance. A Bachelor’s in Operations or related field plus 2 years in distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of work experience in distribution/fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identification, analysis and resolution of inventory control and process issues with root-cause documentation and improvement plans.
• Oversee cycle counts, ASN/audit activity, reports, reconciliations, and annual physical inventory.
• Prepare detailed deficiency reports in collaboration with AP/IPR and ensure vendor compliance.
• Coach and develop associates and provide formal/informal performance feedback.
• Coordinate with GM to manage 3PL relationships and outbound load performance.
