Job summary

The Home Depot in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a DC Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy, drive quality, and vendor compliance across the distribution center and service to over 100 stores.

You will partner with internal customers, IT and warehouse teams to resolve issues, analyze root causes, and implement improvements while coaching managers and associates on the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of work experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inventory control issues and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with IT, WMS and Vendor Compliance to support DC operations.
• Train managers and associates on the warehouse management system.
• Audit inbound shipments and report deficiencies in ASN and load quality.
• Monitor rollout of WMS improvements across the DC.
