Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy and quality across the distribution center, coordinating with internal customers, vendors, and SSC partners to serve over 100 stores. You will lead root-cause analyses, monitor warehouse systems such as WMS, and drive improvements through training and collaboration with IT, vendor compliance, and AP teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations or QA experience.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and resolve inventory control, WMS and process issues.
• Assist in disposition of freight diverted due to inventory, vendor compliance, or systems issues.
• Liaise between IT, WMS and Vendor Compliance; communicate processes to DC management and associates.
• Audit inbound shipments and report deficiencies in ASN and load quality; coordinate with AP and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train managers and associates on the warehouse management system and on load quality reporting.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and maintain hardware-related issues.
