Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
• College degree or logistics certification preferred.
• 2+ years previous experience in a supervisor role preferred.
• Advanced computer skills preferred.
• Completion of the O’Reilly supervisor training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the order processing department.
• Direct day-to-day outbound operations and ensure compliance and productivity.
• Assist in payroll, budgeting, and productivity planning.
• Write and deliver timely evaluations for team members.
• Provide leadership, training, and morale maintenance.
• Set annual goals and plan to achieve them.
• Coordinate with HR for recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Assist budgeting with annual capital expenditures planning.
• Approve department expenditures with DC Manager.
• Maintain safety standards and identify unsafe practices.
• All other duties as assigned.
