Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an outbound operations supervisor to assist the DC manager in directing day-to-day activities of a single distribution center in Florida. You will oversee service, assets, costs, payroll, budgeting, and staffing for outbound operations, ensuring safety and compliance.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with experience supervising up to 300 hourly workers. Desirable qualifications include a college degree or logistics certification and multilingual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience as a distribution center supervisor.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• College degree or logistics certification desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist DC manager in directing outbound operations of a single distribution center.
• Oversee service, assets, costs, and team members within outbound operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures daily.
• Assist in payroll, budgeting, and inventory integrity for outbound operations.
• Provide training and guidance to outbound team members.
• Lead a staff of 1-15 supervisors and up to 300 hourly workers.
• Work with HR on recruiting, hiring, and training for outbound teams.
• Support annual budgeting and monitor department expenditures.
• Maintain safe working environment and manage risk and costs.
