Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking individuals for DC outbound roles in Greensboro. You will locate and pull merchandise, label totes, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, operating RF devices, and ensuring proper packing and documentation. Prior warehouse experience and good math/communication skills are desired; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part numbers.
• Place merchandise in tote or stage bulk items in the appropriate area.
• Consolidate and pack stock orders quickly and accurately for efficient checking by the customer.
• Load trucks quickly and securely; tie and secure freight as it is loaded.
• Operate handheld RF units or voice picking equipment at WMS DCs.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety policies.
