O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise. You will lead, train, and develop team members, manage scheduling, and uphold safety standards while driving continuous improvement.

Candidates should have strong leadership in distribution, experience with warehouse operations and WMS/AS400 systems, and a track record of meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory, routing systems or AS/400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach DC team members while promoting accountability.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet delivery schedules and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes to ensure correct receiving, stocking, and loading.
