Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Columbus, OH, seeks an Operations Manager for our Supply Chain Distribution center. You will lead multiple supervisors and a large team of hourly associates, driving performance, safety, and service goals in a high‑volume environment.

You will manage staffing, labor planning, and budgets, partner across functions to remove barriers, and coach leaders. Using data and WMS insights, you’ll optimize processes and continuously improve the associate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, or similar high-volume ops.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple supervisors and a large team of hourly associates to meet performance, quality, safety, and service goals.
• Drive KPIs such as order aging, accuracy, fill rate, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Develop leadership through coaching, succession planning, and career development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and solve operational challenges.
