Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Operations Manager for Supply Chain Distribution at our Global Home Office Distribution Campus in Columbus, OH.

You will lead a large team of supervisors and hourly associates, driving performance, quality, safety, and service across our distribution network. You will develop talent, manage labor planning and budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, implement large-scale process improvements, and leverage data to inform decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, or other high-volume environments.
• Experience driving operational performance through metrics, process improvement, and execution.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technology.

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple supervisors and a large team of hourly associates to achieve performance, quality, safety, and service goals.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring KPIs such as order aging, accuracy, fill rate, productivity, and labor efficiency are met.
• Create a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally to remove barriers and solve operational challenges.
• Develop leadership within the team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
• Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment while balancing priorities.
