Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of experience in store operations, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Support stores by supervising the Global store supplies program and analyzing opportunities for investments.
• Partner with procurement, transportation, and other teams to forecast, purchase, and manage supply inventory.
• Ensure stores have accurate supply ordering access and gather feedback on availability or delivery issues.
• Assist with peak business supply pushes to support in-store replenishment.
• Provide business intelligence and data analysis to support decisions.
• Build datasets and reports using system reporting tools.
• Analyze supply usage, inventory levels, and vendor performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage PRO music invoicing, ensuring accurate review and on-time payments.
• Develop messaging for supplies initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
• Resolve supply questions from suppliers, vendors, and stores and maintain cross-team communications.
