Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift team in Columbus, OH. You will coach 25–75 hourly associates, develop daily work plans, and drive department KPIs including accuracy, aging, and fill rates.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with Home Office and Distribution Teams, implementing process improvements, and fostering a safety-conscious, inclusive team environment. A Bachelor's degree or related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the performance of 25–75 hourly associates and drive UPH goals.
• Develop and facilitate daily work plans to exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with Home Office and Distribution Teams to ensure alignment on goals and processes.
• Initiate improvements to support growth strategies and maintain safety culture.
