You will supervise staffing, training, scheduling, and payroll, while driving sales and maintaining visual merchandising. This role emphasizes leadership, Inventory control, and omni-channel coordination within a fast-paced retail environment.

• 2+ years store management or supervisory experience in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations on the sales floor and stockroom ensuring service excellence.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, train management and non-management associates.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom, and omni-channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform business decisions.
• Protect store assets, oversee maintenance.
• Execute opening and closing routines and POS use.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
