• Ability to build strong team relationships.

• Supervises a group of Team Members in a DC area and monitors productivity and quality.
• Mentors team members through training; coordinates orientation and coaching sessions.

• Inputs daily performance forecasts and uses ERP/system reports to manage performance.
• Ensures SOP compliance and Lean initiatives to reduce waste.
• Measures performance and directs actions to maintain goals; handles staffing needs.
• Maintains records for team, equipment and KPIs; supports disciplinary processes.
