Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead the Distribution Center team, oversee receiving, auditing orders, and ensure FEFO/FIFO and product integrity. You will manage associates, leads, and auditors, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive safety, efficiency, and cost improvements across all DC operations.

The role requires 3+ years of distribution experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access) required.
• Strong leadership and team supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight into RaceTrac Distributing initiatives to lower costs through efficient distribution and warehouse management.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and supervise DC management; align with warehouse goals.
• Oversee inbound/outbound inventories and ensure documentation and organization.
