You will manage a team of associates, leads, and auditors to achieve warehouse goals and support efficient distribution. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a degree in logistics or related field.

• 3+ years related experience in warehousing or distribution management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, auditing, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and supervise DC leads, auditors, and associates to meet warehouse goals.
• Monitor inventory and ensure product integrity through FEFO/FIFO and temperature controls.
• Coordinate with vendors, HR, and staffing agencies to ensure proper staffing and performance metrics.
• Utilize WMS reports to drive problem solving and process improvements.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security policies per company and government guidelines.
