Job summary

RaceTrac Distribution Center is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a team of associates, team leads and auditors across receiving, auditing, coding, and facility maintenance. You will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will drive efficiency in inventories, implement FEFO/FIFO, and coordinate with staffing to meet performance metrics, while utilizing WMS technology in dry, cooler, and freezer environments to serve RaceTrac

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access)
• Preferred degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds; frequent reaching and bending
• Ability to work at a fast pace with flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight to reduce distribution costs through efficient warehouse management
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise DC leads, auditors and associates
• Lead, mentor and develop direct reports
• Oversee inbound and outbound inventories and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure product integrity and FEFO/FIFO processes
• Collaborate with staffing to secure staff and meet performance metrics
• Utilize WMS to pick products in temperature-controlled areas

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
