Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Avon distribution center to manage daily department operations and drive safety, quality and productivity. You will lead a team, including temporary staff, on the operational floor and align tasks to meet daily goals with a focus on training and performance feedback.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-tech DC operations and at least 2 years of people leadership, plus strong communication skills and comfort with store systems.

Qualifications

• Prior equivalent work experience 3–5 years in a high-tech distribution center operations capacity.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with computer/store systems.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a department within the distribution center.
• Coach and supervise a team including temporary staff.
• Set expectations for productivity and ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet daily goals and prepare shifts for start-up.
