Job summary

Sephora is seeking a DC leadership role at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The candidate will supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, oversee safety, housekeeping, and operational plans aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of relevant / related work experience in a distribution center environment.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or ability to quickly develop proficiency in such systems (Blue Yonder, AutoStore or Pouch Packing).
• Ability to understand all aspects of the production floor including Inbound, Outbound/Shipping, Dotcom and Inventory Control.
• Ability to delegate and develop exempt leaders and lead large teams up to 300 associates.
• Knowledge of distribution operating systems and warehouse, production and logistics activities.
• Must be flexible and adaptive to fast-paced, high-volume environments and multitask against priorities.
• Proven analytical abilities and strong MS Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with operational excellence and oversee safety and housekeeping activities.
• Manage allocation of equipment and labor resources to meet service levels and budgets.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Asset Protection, HR, Finance and other support groups across DCs and retail/e-commerce.
• Promote a culture of safety, performance and employee engagement in line with Sephora policies.
