Job summary

AEO seeks a capable Supervisor for its Distribution Center Operations in Phoenix. You will oversee order fulfillment, packing, shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory control, while guiding a team of hourly workers to meet performance targets.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize operations, maintain SOPs, and drive safety and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3+ years in a lead role in similar environments and strong system skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead or supervisor role, preferably in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience in a retail distribution center or 3PL is preferred.
• Technologically savvy with order and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly warehouse associates in a distribution center.
• Oversee order planning, releasing orders to fulfillment, and ensuring timely packing and shipping.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and cycle counts; ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to support growth and career development.
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize layout and product placement.
• Maintain operational systems and update SOPs; support continuous process improvement.
