Job summary

Sephora is seeking a DC Specialist at our Avon, IN distribution center. The role involves wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will support leadership, follow safety rules, and maintain accurate documentation while providing strong customer service and teamwork across shifts. A high school diploma and distribution experience are preferred, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be able to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure accuracy and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental procedures and best practices.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
