Job summary

Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN seeks a DC Specialist to perform operational and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and reporting. A strong knowledge of department operations is essential for success in this role.

The position requires meticulous attention to SOPs, safety compliance, and proactive communication with leadership. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and adapting to a variable shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System or menu-driven apps; ability to learn systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Basic math and accurate data handling.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities.
• Clear communication with associates and vendors at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates on procedures and methods.
• Respond proactively to leadership directions.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear proper PPE.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility for shifts/overtime.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
