Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Equipment Operator for its Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role involves operating motorized and manual material handling equipment to process orders, maintain safety standards, and support inventory control.

The position requires the ability to obtain DOT certifications and flexibility to work the 4:00 PM–12:30 AM second shift, with potential for cross-training and additional warehouse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process orders and to perform other work as directed by Management.
• Process orders without equipment as business needs dictate.
• Meet established safety, production and service level standards.
• Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications.
• Assist Maintenance as needed on projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support.
