• 2+ years of leadership experience in distribution center or warehouse operations with a proven record of success.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DC Manager in directing inbound and outbound operations, including service levels and performance.
• Lead and support supervisors and hourly team members while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards across DC functions.
• Monitor metrics and staffing, labor planning, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, labor planning, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet productivity and service objectives.
• Oversee budget-related activities: expenses, payroll, and operating costs while supporting objectives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management as needed.
• Maintain inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations; drive improvements in workflow and cost control.
