O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a seasoned Distribution Center Operations Leader to oversee all DC activities, including transportation, inventory, customer service, and cost controls. You will guide safety, efficiency, and team development to deliver reliable service to stores and customers.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in DC/logistics with at least 3 years in leadership, strong budgeting skills, and experience with WMS/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in DC/logistics/warehouse/supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership within a distribution environment.
• Strong safety, risk management, KPI and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Experience developing budgets, labor costs and capital plans.
• Experience leading large multi-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all DC operations including transportation, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead daily operations to ensure on-time deliveries and service levels.
• Manage DC expenses including labor and capital expenditures within budget.
• Collaborate with Regional DC Director on annual plans and budgets.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, retention and coaching initiatives.
• Conduct evaluations, coaching, and succession planning.
• Promote safe environment and manage risk and safety standards.
• Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement in workflow, layout, scheduling, and performance.
• Support additional projects and special initiatives as assigned.
