Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Frostproof Distribution Center. You will lead daily warehouse operations, safety, staffing, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while developing future leaders and driving accountability.

The role requires shift flexibility to cover day, mid, or night shifts and may involve supporting other shifts as needed. Willingness to relocate to various U.S. locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or large-scale warehouse.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and labor management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• OSHA knowledge and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all facets of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and frontline leaders.
