Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or large-scale warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, labor planning, and performance management.
• Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), labor management tools, and operational reporting platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Willingness to relocate to various U.S. locations to support career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution Center Operations: oversee receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Build High-Performing Teams: coach and develop managers and frontline leaders.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: uphold OSHA standards and conduct safety investigations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: use data and KPIs to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and cost.
• Partner Across the Business: collaborate with Supply Chain, Transportation, Inventory, Sales, Finance, HR.
