Job summary

At Home in Plano, TX is seeking a Second Shift Distribution Leader to manage operations from 2PM to 11PM, Monday through Friday. You will guide 3–5 Supervisors and 100–150 team members, ensuring safety, policy adherence, and efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in distribution leadership, a college degree is preferred, and strong skills in WMS/MHS/YMS, Excel, and staff development. Flexibility and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distribution leadership in a supervisory role.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong background in supply chain systems (WMS, MHS, YMS).
• Proven leadership to engage, motivate, and develop others.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs to meet safety, culture, and productivity goals.
• Identify actions to improve safety, engagement, and efficiency.
• Lead 3–5 Supervisors and 100–150 team members/temp workers.
• Ensure implementation of company policies and team safety.
• Optimize staffing by area to maximize efficiency and reduce cost.
• Prioritize trailer unloads to minimize detention fees and keep yard fluid.
