Job summary

Torrid West Jefferson Distribution Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift on-site. You will support the shift manager to oversee workflow, productivity, safety, and quality in a fully automated DC environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of DC supervisory experience, strong leadership, proficient in Excel and WMS, and flexible scheduling. On-site position with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DC supervisory experience.
• Fully automated warehouse/distribution center operation experience is preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills with strong leadership and collaboration.
• Excellent PC Skills (Excel & Word) and familiarity with WMS.
• Flexible with schedule rotation based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist shift manager with managing workflow to meet planned units per hour and service levels.
• Oversee daily operation of the department and communicate activities to associates.
• Supervise areas to meet metrics and develop daily plans while monitoring results.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards and adjust as needed.
• Set priorities for team and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Coach and support subordinates in decision-making and performance.
• Lead start-up shift meetings to share important DC information.
• Delegate tasks, train staff, and monitor performance to meet productivity goals.
• Foster inclusive culture and fair treatment for associates.
• Maintain attendance and scheduling records and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Ensure staff operate safely with proper equipment and procedures.
