Job summary

Satellites Unlimited LLC seeks a Distribution Center Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet readiness, and safety compliance across the distribution center. You will manage receiving, storage, shipping, maintenance, and personnel, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of products.

The ideal candidate balances hands-on leadership with long-term improvements, develops SOPs, coordinates maintenance, and ensures DOT compliance while driving cost control and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• 3 years supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices.
• Experience with fleet maintenance and DOT/OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily receiving, warehousing, inventory, picking, staging, shipping, and distribution activities.
• Establish organized warehouse layouts and designated storage locations.
• Monitor workflow to meet operational requirements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance for facility utilities and equipment.
• Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead safety program and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements to reduce costs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, finance, and field personnel.
