Job summary

Tireco-Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee daily DC operations, including scheduling, driver supervision, and ensuring accurate, timely shipments. The role emphasizes safety, policy enforcement, and cost-conscious leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Management, or equivalent work experience preferred.
2+ years of operations leadership experience preferred.
Experience managing fleet under DOT compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all facility operations including scheduling and management of drivers, supervisors, leads and DC associates.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments and paperwork.
Enforce safety, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
