O'Reilly Auto Parts has a distribution center leadership role seeking a supervisor to assist the DC manager in directing daily operations, overseeing service levels, assets, and costs, and guiding 1–15 supervisors with up to 300 hourly staff.

The role emphasizes training, performance evaluations, and collaboration with HR for staffing and development, with a strong focus on safety and cost management.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• 2+ years’ experience as a distribution center supervisor with proven record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments within one center.
• Desire: College degree or logistics certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of a single distribution center, including service, assets, costs and team members.
• Ensure daily DC operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain payroll, budgeting, inventory integrity and productivity.
• Provide training, guidance and counseling to DC staff.
• Join in annual goal setting and budgeting with the DC manager.
• Support recruiting, hiring and training with HR as needed.
• Perform on-time evaluations of team members.
• Monitor expenditures within the department and obtain approvals for >$1,000.
