Ferguson is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead the Front Royal facility. You will direct overall warehouse activities, develop leaders, and drive safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement while partnering with the site leadership team.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and budgeted targets, with shift-flexible expectations and occasional cross-shift coverage as business needs evolve. Leadership excellence and safe operational practices are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading Distribution Center/fulfillment operations in a large warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, labor planning, and reporting.

• Lead and oversee all facets of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping and returns.
• Ensure operations meet customer service, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Drive performance through standard work and process discipline.
• Manage staffing, capacity planning, and audit-ready operations.
• Develop leaders, coach teams, and drive a culture of accountability and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and drive continuous improvement.
