Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a leader to operate a small volume distribution center, driving strategic and financial planning, inventory and vendor management, and performance leadership across a distribution network. You will work with the Regional Operations Manager and may operate a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the work week.

The role requires 5–10 years in DC facilities, a BS/BA, and a focus on safety, DOT compliance, and efficient distribution processes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in DC facilities or distribution operations preferred.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle or have access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategy outlining capacity planning requirements for facilities, equipment, and staff.
• Communicates expectations on metrics and goals to site associates and manages performance.
• Oversees fleet resources and carrier services to meet delivery requirements.
