Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Understanding of supply chain, distribution, warehouse, transportation, and inventory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas and WMS operations.
• Maintains staffing and efficiency to move and process product accurately and timely.
• Design and implement cost-control systems in a dynamic environment.
• Coach and train area managers and associates with on-floor coaching and feedback.
• Design delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
• Uphold safety policies and reduce accident costs.
