Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager in California to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and manage receiving processes. You will act as Manager on Duty and partner with store leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at a retail organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to ensure flow at registers and service excellence.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty to set leadership example and drive store results.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
