Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and put-to-light areas. You will drive efficiency, coach area managers, and ensure safe, accurate processing of goods.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years in a high-volume distribution environment. Shift: Daytime, Tue-Fri, 4am-2pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience with WMS, distribution technology, and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas.
• Drive efficiency and effective use of warehouse management systems.
• Ensure inventory is received, stored, and processed safely and accurately.
• Maintain and organize warehouse areas to reflect a professional appearance for customers.
• Design and control delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
• Motivate, coach, and train area managers and associates with performance feedback.
