Job summary

Dealer Tire seeks a Distribution Center Manager – Tier 3 to lead daily DC operations, safety programs, and staffing strategies. You will drive productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries while coaching a diverse team.

You will oversee budget development, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and fleet policies. Strong leadership, communication, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; commensurate experience acceptable.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in distribution, inventory and transportation.
• 4+ years leading a team.
• Strong process improvement mindset and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and training for the DC team.
• Develop staffing and manpower plans; manage budgets.
• Direct daily DC operations to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and optimize workflows.
• Manage budgeting, records and reporting for the DC.
