Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide the receiving or shipping function and to supervise daily operations in our distribution center. You will ensure accuracy of shipments, support inventory counts, and work with leadership to resolve discrepancies.

Successful candidates bring 3+ years in supply chain, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems. You will coach teammates, enforce safety, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience in distribution.
• Strong process improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping) and guide associates.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Aid in cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Provide safety training and enforce procedures.
• Support development and coaching of team members.
