Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required with related management experience preferred.
• Experience leading DC teams and driving safety and efficiency metrics.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, ADA regulations and SOP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC teams to meet safety, quality and on-time delivery goals.
• Develop and distribute DC performance reports to stakeholders.
• Manage inventory control, audits, and cycle counts.
• Oversee talent development, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Control labor and delivery costs to meet budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
