American Tire Distributors seeks a Distribution Center General Manager to oversee daily DC operations, safety, reporting and budget targets. The role coaches teams to implement supply chain strategies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, DOT and ADA standards.

You will manage drivers and warehouse staff, optimize inventory control, and lead talent development while aligning with company goals and service levels for customers.

Competenze

• 7 years of related experience including management experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution center operations and leadership.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, ADA and safety compliance.

• Lead DC staff to achieve safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
