Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse operations and supervision beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily distribution center operations.
• Lead shifts and manage warehouse associates and drivers.
• Collaborate with General Manager to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Coach and develop team, conduct training and onboarding.
• Oversee day-to-day activities for warehouse and delivery staff across shifts.
• Support DC General Manager with operations and continuous improvement.
