American Tire Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center General Manager to oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the DC and ensure compliance with company guidelines. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost efficiency while coaching teams to execute supply chain strategies.

You will lead drivers and warehouse staff, manage inventories, develop performance reports, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance, aiming for continuous improvement and excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience with management.
• Experience leading DC operations and driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead DC operational and administrative activities to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost goals.
• Coach and develop supply chain staff to improve performance and career growth.
• Prepare and share regular performance reports for stakeholders using data.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, ADA compliance and safe working practices.
• Oversee inventory control and processing of returns and credits.
