American Tire Distributors is hiring a Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and transportation activities, supervise shifts and drive process improvements. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while coaching a diverse team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in distribution with 2–3 years in supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to implement strategic workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/GED required; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• 5 years of related experience including 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DC operations focusing on warehouse and/or transportation management.
• Lead assigned shifts and supervise warehouse associates and drivers.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.
• Deploy and execute supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement at the DC.
• Conduct daily huddles, onboard/train staff, and manage performance.
