O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a supervisor to assist with daily distribution center operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity and service goals. You will lead, train, schedule, and develop team members, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and support continuous improvement and DC performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and coordinating daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Help lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to ensure goals and productivity targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Support inbound and outbound merchandise processes to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with DC supervisors and managers to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership by communicating expectations and addressing opportunities for growth.
