Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance.
• Leads and acts as an ambassador for Burlington’s Core Values and a professional team environment.
• Drives cross-functional and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and development to the team; receives the same in return.
