Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or group leading experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, Onboarding, Training, Scheduling, and assigning work to new hires.
• Ensuring Employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to complete tasks.
• Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve daily production and delivery goals.
• Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to meet completion timelines.
• Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure quality and quantity.
• Conducting staff meetings and ensuring daily worksheets are completed and submitted timely.
• Providing ongoing training and retraining to meet productivity standards.
• Utilizing reports and procedures to project workload and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively across all levels.
• Analyzing information to make sound business decisions.
• Build high-performance teams and motivate colleagues.
• Promote safety and security awareness and compliance.
