Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of non-exempt employees in our state‑of‑the‑art distribution facility. You will plan, direct and supervise daily activities to achieve performance goals, including order selection, replenishment, loading and shipping of store orders.

This 1st shift role runs 6am–2pm, Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed. Qualifications include 2+ years of supervisory experience and Warehouse/DC experience;

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of non-exempt employees on a shift to meet performance goals.
• Oversee order selection, replenishment, loading and shipping of store orders.
• Schedule, train and coach staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor workload and productivity; adjust resources as needed.
• Communicate across levels and participate in daily operational reviews.
