Caesarstone US is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee our local DC operations, ensuring safe, efficient warehousing, inventory control, and on-time logistics. You will lead staff, implement SOPs, manage P&L, and drive continuous improvement across productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications include 5+ years in DC/transport management, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and timely communication with sales and HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in inbound/outbound transportation.
• 2+ years of experience with material handling systems.
• Supervision of inventory and inventory controls systems.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach and motivate team members.
• Ensure a safe work environment aligned with safety standards.
• Monitor inbound/outbound material and maintain fleet safety.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts and FIFO methods.
• Schedule DC team members and coordinate with management.
• Provide training and administer company policies.
• Own and manage P&L for DC and identify cost savings.
• Collaborate with sales and other business units.
